Who we are
Aerodeck Ltd operates the Aerodeck mail and calendar appfor private use by Aerodeck's team. The app is not offered to the public.
Google data we access
We access Gmail messages and settings through the gmail.modify and gmail.settings.basic scopes, Google Calendar events, and your basic profile and email address.
Why we access it
We use this data to label and archive messages and draft replies in Gmail, and to read scheduling details in Google Calendar. We do this only for the signed-in account owner.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on Aerodeck's own servers in the UK/EU, encrypted at rest where supported.
Sharing
We do not sell data or use it for advertising. We do not share data with third parties except AI model providers used to process the owner's own mail under contract.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Aerodeck mail and calendar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data is not used to develop generalised AI models.
Retention and deletion
You can disconnect the app at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To request deletion of your data, email [email protected]. Data is deleted within 30 days of your request.
Security
Sign-in is with Google, and access is limited to Aerodeck's team. Data is encrypted at rest where supported. No system can guarantee complete security. Please report security concerns to the contact below.
